Hintertux – always worth a visit

Hintertux is one of the five places that fall under the jurisdiction of the district of Tux. The idyllic valley is located 1,300 – 3,250 metres above sea level and provides everything that you expect from a perfect holiday – rest and relaxation in wonderful natural surroundings. In addition to the numerous leisure time activities there is also a wide range of excursion destinations and sights. Trips to the Natur Eis Palast on the Hintertuxer Glacier or the Spannagel Cave are a must. Special experiences also await you slightly further afield at the Zillertal alpine dairy, the Stoankasern cheese dairy and in the world famous Swarovski Kristallwelten. As you can see, Hintertux is well worth a visit!
