General terms and conditions

Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 2pm onwards. Please call us if you will be arriving after 6.00pm. On departure day we politely request that the rooms shall be vacated and at the Hotel’s free disposal by 11.00pm.

Reservation
To make a fixed booking we require a deposit of € 250,00 to be paid in to the following bank account:

If you cancel the reservation the Austrian terms of contract for hotels are valid.

Cancellations
Only accepted when submitted in written form. We don't charge cancellations fees up to 1 month before arrival; less than 1 month notice incurs a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 days.
We recommend Cancellation and Holiday Insurance to cover the unfortunate event of an accident on the slopes or before your arrival.

Payment
Hotel invoice Payment is preferred in cash or by EC-card.
We also accept VISA and Master card.

Rooms
Please take into consideration the fact that although you may book a particular type of room, it is not possible to reserve specific floors or rooms.

Swimming pool & Sauna
Please note, after 5.30 pm the Wellness area is an absolute quiet area. Adults and children using the Wellness area from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm must be silent.

Dogs
Dogs are charged at € 15,00 per day (bring your own dog blanket and basket with you). Please understand that your four-legged friends are not admitted in our dining room. Of course you can take them with you into our Restaurant “Kaiserbründl” or our Chimney hall.
