Hansjörg Tipotsch: Professional Huntsman with Sporting Ambitions

The senior manager, Hansjörg Tipotsch, is not only on the go when hiking, but his hobbies also include skiing and golfing, fishing and hunting. At the hotel, he is responsible for the “Kaufhäusl” and the Intersport shop. His favourite dish: Forelle Müllerin (pan-fried trout).

Gertraud Tipotsch: Na-Na and Matron of Conviction

Not only our numerous regular guests appreciate the affectionate care of our senior manager, but also all new guests quickly feel comfortable and taken care of in her presence. Her hobbies include hiking, skiing and golfing provided her five grandchildren so allow. Always with her: Yorkshire terrier, Filou. Her favourite dish: Frankfurter (Wiener) sausages.

Stefan Tipotsch: Certified Wine Expert and Hiking Guide

A very versatile person: our Service Manager does not only cut a fine figure as certified wine sommelier, but also as a mountain guide. He is also always one of the fastest on the toboggan run. His hobbies: hiking and skiing. Culinary preference: oven liver.

Markus Tipotsch: As Aficionado, He Loves to Retreat to the Cigar Lounge

The Junior Manager, Markus, is responsible for the hotel management and always stays on top of things. He finds the necessary compensation as mountain hiking guide when hiking and skiing. Now and then he disappears to enjoy a diving holiday. His culinary love clearly is Tyrolean cuisine and he has especially fallen for the Tyrolean Gröstl (pan-fried potatoes with pork and fried egg).

Sonja Tipotsch: A Great Feel for Ambiance and Customers in the Shop

As Markus’ wife, she is responsible for the “inner values” at the Neuhintertux Hotel. She decorates all areas of our house with a lot of love and care. Furthermore, she attends to the customers in our in-house Intersport shop. Her hobbies include hiking and skiing and she has chosen Zillertaler Krapfen (savoury fried pastry with a potato and onion filling) as her favourite dish.
