If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance.
Checkout Information

Hotel Neuhintertux offers child discounts ranging from 10% to 90%.
Children in Parents' Room with 2 Full-Paying Adults
- 0–2 years: 90% discount
- 3–5 years: 80% discount
- 6–10 years: 50% discount
- 11–14 years: 20% discount
- 15 years and older: 10% discount
Children in Their Own Room
- 0–14 years: 10% discount
Your car can be parked free of charge in our underground car park. Charging stations are available for electric vehicles.
You have free choice of parking space in the underground car park. To exit the car park, please pull the orange cord with tennis ball
- Cancellations and changes made 22 days or more before the date of arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 15-21 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 40 percent of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 14-8 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70 percent of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 1-7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 90 percent of the price of the entire booking.
Your dog is very welcome at the Hotel Neuhintertux.
We charge € 22.00 per night. Please bring your own dog blanket or dog basket.
Free internet throughout the hotel
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and not to restrict you in any way, we provide you with free internet access (W-LAN/WIFI) throughout the hotel. You can use the Internet throughout the hotel via the ‘Wireless LAN’.
WLan - username & password can be found in your guest folder in your room
We are a Tesla Charging Partner. Arrive, plug in and relax. A ‘Type 2 plug’ is available to our guests for a Tesla or, of course, other electric vehicles
