Rooms are available from 2 pm onwards.
Please call us if you will be arriving after 6.00 pm.
On departure day we politely request that the rooms shall be vacated and at the Hotel’s free disposal by 11:00 am.

Children discount

Children in parents room (2 adults)

0–2 years: 90% reduction
3–5 years: 80 % reduction
6–10 years: 50 % reduction
11–14 years: 20% reduction
from 15 years: 10 % reduction

Children in their own room

0–14 years: 10% reduction

To make a fixed booking we require a deposit of 30 % of the total amount to be paid in to the following bank account:

Cancellation and Protection

And if something comes up ? Whether you only can make your vacation even starting sooner have back or on the slopes hurt ( helicopter rescue) - will protect you to book the holiday for cancellation and protection .

Cancellation Terms

Until 22 days prior to the arrival a cancellation is free of charge
40 % of the total agreed price until 21 to 15 days prior the date of arrival;
70 % of the total agreed price until 14 to 8 days prior the date of arrival;
90 % of the total agreed price within the last 7 days preceding the date of arrival;

Take a Dog with you

Dogs are charged at Euro 22.00 per night (bring your own dog blanket and basket with you). Please understand that your four-legged friends are not admitted in our dining room. Of course you can take them with you into our Restaurant “Kaiserbründl” or our Chimney hall.

We accept VISA and Master card, EC-card or cash.

Our Rooms

Please take into consideration the fact that although you may book a particular type of room, it is not possible to reserve specific floors or rooms. All sketches and photos of the rooms on the website are non-binding examples.

You are welcome to book the Double rooms "Classic", Double rooms "Superior" glacier view and Double rooms "Deluxe" as single. The surcharge is 50 % on the per person /night.
