20 June: Tux Mountain Fires
When the peaks light up: On the summer solstice, the mountain ridges of the Tux Valley are transformed into a sparkling sea of lights. A magical spectacle best enjoyed during an evening hike or directly from the hotel.

16 July and 27 August: Music and Culinary Delights in the Village
A feast for the senses in Tux-Lanersbach. Regional specialties meet authentic Zillertal folk music. Stroll through the village, sample local delicacies, and enjoy the cosy atmosphere together with the locals.

18 July: Stauden Festival of the Tux Rifle Company
Pure Tyrolean tradition right on our doorstep! The Tux Rifle Company invites guests and locals to celebrate together. Experience traditional customs, lively music, and the genuine hospitality of our valley.
Details: Festival tent atmosphere in Tux; usually starts in the early evening.

26 July: Children's Festival on the Eggalm
A paradise for our younger guests! The Eggalm offers numerous play stations, bouncy castles, and exciting mountain adventures. An ideal family day out directly from Lanersbach.

15 August: Zillertal Wood Chopping Championship
Watch the wood chips fly! Strength, precision, and speed are put to the test as the region’s best wood choppers compete in Tux. An impressive spectacle showcasing traditional craftsmanship as a sport.

19 August: Hey Mann Festival

21 August: Schürzenjäger Warm-Up Party
Before the big Open Air concert begins, Finkenberg hosts the official warm-up party. The perfect opportunity to get into the mood for the year’s biggest musical event.

22 August: Schürzenjäger Open Air
The legendary highlight in Finkenberg. When the Schürzenjäger invite fans to the “Finkenberg Open Air,” visitors from all over Europe travel to the valley to experience their idols against a unique mountain backdrop.

5 September: Ultraks Zillertal – TUX070
Trail running at its finest, right here in Hintertux. Against the dramatic backdrop of the glacier, athletes battle challenging courses and every precious second. Spectators are warmly encouraged to cheer along the route!

12 September: Alpine Cattle Drive Festival with Sheep and Horses
When the animals return from the mountain pastures, the festive season begins in the valley. In Finkenberg, sheep and elegant Haflinger horses take centre stage in this traditional celebration.

25 September: Hintertux Oktoberfest

26 September: Hintertux Alpine Cattle Drive
