Safe hospitality
We do everything we can to protect you, which is why we have been participating in the federal government's Austria-wide initiative "Sichere Gastfreundschaft - Testangebot Tourismus" (Safe Hospitality - Tourism Test Offer) since the beginning of July, which means that we are testing all our employees and those working in direct customer contact for the pathogen SARS-CoV-2 on a weekly basis and thererfore are one of the companies that are allowed to carry the "Sichere Gastfreundschaft" (Safe Hospitality) label. We also implement safety and documentation measures that go beyond the legal obligations. All our employees have received extensive hygiene training and are fully prepared for the increased measures.
Digital and secure
We will send you all the information about your holiday stay in Hintertux by e-mail before your arrival. Check-in can be done online from the comfort of your home before your arrival. At our location we only need your signature. You can open our food and drink menus conveniently via a QR code and view them directly online via your cell phone. Of course, you can pay your vacation bill at the end of your stay by EC or credit card.
The distance matters
In our restaurant rooms and terraces we welcome you with safety distance. We also display information on the legal recommendations for the number of people in the entire wellness area to ensure that the minimum distance is observed in all relaxation rooms, pools, saunas and steam rooms.
Not only clean, but hygienically clean
We also take increased measures in all aspects of hygiene. The daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas as well as the continuous control, cleaning and disinfection of all neuralgic spots are a matter of course for us. The room cleaning is also done daily with virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal and levurocidal products and also the lockable boxes for each room in our ski room are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. You will receive a personal disinfectant bottle upon arrival in your room. Disinfection columns and dispensers can also be found in all public areas and in the dining room. We also make sure that all rooms and areas are regularly ventilated.
Carefree journey home
To make sure that you can leave your vacation without any worries, we now offer our guests certified PCR tests three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at the Tux-Center in Tux-Lanersbach. You will receive your negative result approximately 24 hours after the test is administered.
We will cover the costs of the testing for you in the form of a credit note for your next stay (valid for 1 year and for a stay of at least 3 nights).
Rules that we should all take to heart
- keep at least 1 meter distance to strangers
- wash hands several times a day
- use cashless payment (credit card or bankomat)
- sneezing/coughing into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief
- be considerate of others and, for example, refrain from shaking hands when greeting them
Please note: Wearing a mouth and nose protector is required in the hotel entrance area, in the indoor public areas, as well as in the restaurants and at the bar (this does not apply if you are sitting at a table).
